Fundamental components such as determining current practice behaviour and how best to motivate learners for best-practice, are important features of Core's programs. Applying needs research data to specific educational gaps and deficiencies is part of the way in which Core undertakes the design of adult program learning programs. Measuring individual change in practice behaviour is an important determinant of effective continuing educational programming.
